One paper accepted at IWBF 2023

We are pleased to announce that one of our papers has been accepted at the International Workshop on Biometrics and Forensics, which will take place in Barcelona in April. The paper concerns the application of continual learning techniques to the forensic task of social network identification and is the result of a collaboration with Simone Magistri from the Global Optimization Laboratory and Prof. Andrew D. Bagdanov from the Department of Information Engineering.

About the authors

Simone is a third-year doctoral candidate in the PhD Program in Smart Computing of the Universities of Florence, Pisa, and Siena and a member of the Global Optimization Laboratory (GOL). Daniele and Dasara are postdoctoral researchers in the Department of Information Engineering at the University of Florence and members of LESC. Andrew is Associate Professor in the Department of Information Engineering at the University of Florence and Senior Researcher at the Media Integration and Communication Center (MICC). Alessandro is Associate Professor in the Department of Information Engineering at the University of Florence.
